We want you to be fully inspired by your creative projects, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused patterns, notions, and books in their original condition. Please note that cut-to-order fabric and digital download patterns are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that books are not creased and notions remain factory-sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
